About CentreBloom

CentreBloom is an all-in-one management platform built for Canadian childcare and early childhood education (ECE) programs — bringing enrolment, attendance, billing, family messaging, learning and payroll into one calm place.

Why we built it

Running a centre means juggling a dozen tools — one for attendance, another for invoicing, a spreadsheet for timesheets, and a separate payroll service for T4s. Educators end up spending time on admin that should go to children. We set out to fold all of it into a single, friendly system so directors and teachers can spend less time on paperwork.

Made for Canada

Unlike most childcare apps, CentreBloom includes built-in Canadian payroll tools — timesheets, CPP, EI and income-tax calculations, vacation pay and T4 preparation — so much of your pay work lives in the same platform. It's built and hosted in Canada, for Canadian programs. CentreBloom is not a certified tax-calculation or accounting service: payroll figures should always be verified against current CRA amounts, and we recommend working with your accountant or bookkeeper on remittances and filings.

CentreBloom is a founder-led Canadian company based in Burnaby, British Columbia. We build software for childcare and early learning programs, and we support our customers ourselves — the people who answer your questions are the people who build the product.
